If your objective is to get from Dallas to Denver you are interested in transportation.  So you look at a Cadillac, a Chrysler, a Ford, a Lexus and a Mercedes.  All will get you there and although unique, they are all cars with much the same features.  Then someone shows you a helicopter. 

WOW, completely different!  More fun, faster, higher.  Now that's innovative.
